Megan White, RD (SA) completed her Bachelor of Science Degree and Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics at the University of KwaZulu Natal, Pietermaritzburg. Megan served her community service year in a 1200 bed tertiary hospital in Newcastle, and then continued to work for the state to further her clinical experience. In these settings, Megan worked in the Intensive Care Unit, Surgical, Medical and Paediatric wards, as well as seeing patients on a one-on-one basis, and in group sessions. Megan is registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa and Association for Dietitians in South Africa. Megan is accredited with Discovery Health as well as The Centre for Diabetes and Endocrinology and is also a member of South African Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition.
